Czech Technical University has succeded in the British chart of world's top universities
CTU has moved up the prestige chart The QS for 2010 in the category Engineering&IT. It came in 121st place (171st place in 2009). The second best Czech university (the Charles University) came in 299th. CTU ranking in passed years: 121st (2010), 171st (2009), 228th (2008), 359th (2007). The fact, that CTU ranked higher than a lot of excellent universities from Western Europe, Scandinavia or Japan, shows that CTU, the oldest Czech technical university, is truely exceptional.
